Like a chameleon, the Euphonium easily adapts to match its surroundings. It can be found doubling with the Tuba, hanging with the Trombone, flirting with the French Horn and running with the woodwinds. But it is when the Euphonium steps out on its own that its true colours can be seen. With a sense of boldness and valour, it glories in its moment in the sun, then slips back into the foliage like a true unsung hero.

Wearing a crown imperial, or running a melody shop, the Euphonium is hard to pin down.

If you think you’ve got what it takes to handle this instrument, prove it.
